And now it’s being reported Andy Serkis is set to play two roles in the hotly anticipated Star Wars:The Force Awakens.
According to website Jedi News Andy, who is known as the king of motion-capture acting, has filmed two parts for the sci-fi franchise.
The 50-year-old will first be seen on the big screen leading ‘a group of group of unbelievably athletic and acrobatic characters’ which also includes actress Crystal Clarke and parkour expert Pip Anderson.
The site then goes onto suggest his second part will be smaller but is ‘pivotal’ to the plot and’entwines with Daisy Ridley’s back story’.

Meanwhile, the British-born star says fans reaction to the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer, which was released last week, has been extraordinary.
The mini snippet of the film gathered an impressive 40 million YouTube views in 72 hours.
Talking about his excitement for his role he said: “It’s really exciting, it’s fantastic. I was a massive fan of Star Wars back in the day so it’s a real honour.
“J.J.’s the most incredible director and a very, very good close friend of Matt Reeves who directed Plant Of The Apes.
They grew up together making movies, it’s a really amazing relationship.”
Star Wars Episode 7 – or The Force Awakens – is scheduled for release in UK cinemas on December 18, 2015.
